Board 8 got an upstairs
Two ramps and a little elevated bumper terrace gave the next board a different reason to exist.

For Board 8, I wanted something more different than moving the same shots to the other side. Terrace & Rapids now has two separate ramps, two saucers, and a small raised area with its own bumpers and targets.
One ramp takes the longer trip up to that terrace. The other makes a quicker turn back toward an inlane. That gives the shots different jobs: spend some time upstairs chasing interactions, or take the shorter route and try to regain control.
The terrace needed tuning almost immediately. It was paying out too much, and the ball was often taking the right-hand exit before doing much upstairs. We adjusted that flow while keeping the spill into the main bumper area possible. I'm happy to have a genuinely different layout to test, rather than calling another rearrangement a whole new experience.
